Cleaning costs depend on many factors — such as the house’s condition (especially during the first visit), number of residents, furnishings, beds needing linen changes, whether pets are present, etc. We will be able to offer a fixed price for recurring service after the first cleaning.
For first-time or one-time cleanings, we charge $45/hr per person (gross), which leaves us with about $24/hr per person in net income after business expenses and supplies. The minimum price is $135 for up to 1.5 hours — usually enough time to clean most apartments. Average prices for house cleaning typically range between $180–225.
We can give an estimate based on house size and room count, but the final recurring price is confirmed after completing the first cleaning and is based on the predictable scope and standard of service.
