Apartment Cleaning Pricing
We want our clients to understand how apartment cleaning pricing works before scheduling service. Every apartment is different, and pricing depends on much more than square footage alone.
Apartment cleaning prices depend on many factors beyond square footage alone. Apartments of similar size may require very different amounts of work depending on the number of residents, pets, overall condition of the apartment, level of clutter, number of bathrooms, flooring type, and the level of detail requested.
For recurring weekly or biweekly cleaning service, we usually provide a fixed recurring price after the first cleaning visit, once we become familiar with the apartment’s condition and maintenance needs. This allows us to offer fair and predictable pricing for both regular maintenance cleanings and deeper cleaning requests.
Minimum service visit: Our minimum cleaning appointment is $150 and includes up to approximately 1.5 hours of cleaning by both Mark & Agnes. We provide all equipment and carefully selected professional cleaning products.
